Lab software for environmental and climate testing
Climate chambers, shakers, salt spray and thermal shock: TestLabIQ plans long test sequences across multiple systems, captures chamber data live and keeps every sample traceable.

Multi-stage test flows
A sample goes through climate, vibration and corrosion in sequence – every delay shifts everything after it.
Noticing chamber failures
When a chamber fails overnight, often only the morning shift notices.
Evidence for customers
Customers require temperature and humidity profiles as proof of standard-compliant testing.
How TestLabIQ supports environmental labs
Sequences with dependencies
Chain test steps across systems; delays push dependent steps automatically.

Climate chambers and shakers send measurements via MQTT or REST into the test run.

Systems report their own status; webhooks fire on failed tests or due calibrations – e.g. for alerts in Teams or Slack.

Which climate chambers are supported?
Any that expose measurements through an interface. A small gateway script sends them to TestLabIQ via MQTT or HTTP – vendor-independent.
Can TestLabIQ alert on problems?
A station can report its own status (e.g. fault) via the API. Failed tests, completed sequences and due calibrations trigger webhooks you can route to your alerting, Teams or Slack.
How are multi-stage test flows planned?
As a test sequence with dependencies between steps. If one step moves, dependent steps follow automatically.
