Does TestLabIQ help with ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation?
TestLabIQ provides key evidence – instrument calibration status, qualifications, a complete audit log and sample tracking. It does not replace a full quality management system.
Can customers see progress themselves?
Yes, via the customer portal: a read-only link per project, no customer account needed.
