Lab software for battery and cell testing
Cyclers, climate chambers and samples under control: TestLabIQ schedules your long-running tests, captures data straight from the test station and documents every sample from receipt to report.
Book a demoTypical challenges in battery labs
Weeks-long occupancy
Cycle tests block channels and chambers for weeks. Without central planning, projects collide or channels sit idle.
Many samples, many states
Cells, modules and packs move between storage, test stations and analysis. Who had which sample when?
Scattered measurement data
Every cycler writes its own files. Results end up on network drives instead of with the test order.
How TestLabIQ supports battery labs
Station and channel planning
Test sequences with dependencies, durations and maintenance windows – conflicts show up before they happen.

Cyclers and chambers send via MQTT or REST straight into the active test run – vendor-independent.
More in the help centerChain of custody for samples
Every handover, storage location and sampling is documented with time and person.
More in the help centerCalibration tracking
Instruments with calibration intervals; due equipment is flagged before it ends up in a test.
More in the help centerNonconformances
Record anomalies like temperature spikes or capacity fade as a nonconformance linked to the sample.

PDF reports generated from sequence, measurement and sample data – no copy & paste.

Does TestLabIQ replace my cycler software?
No. The cycler software controls the test. TestLabIQ is the management layer above it: planning, samples, data storage, calibration and reports.
How does cycler data get into TestLabIQ?
Each station gets its own credentials and sends measurements via MQTT or HTTP POST. A short script in Python, LabVIEW or C# is enough.
Can we track cells until disposal?
Yes. The chain of custody documents every handover and location change of a sample with timestamp and responsible person.
