Help Center
What is it?
The Help Center collects explanations of every feature in the app in one place: one page per feature, with a description, how to use it, and common problems. It's exactly the knowledge base the support assistant (see Support Chat) draws its answers from — what you read here is the same content the assistant searches in the background.
You'll find it via the question-mark icon in the header — next to search.
How to use it
- Open it: Click the question-mark icon in the header. You'll see all help pages listed alphabetically.
- Search: Type a keyword into the search box at the top (e.g. "calibration", "webhook", "API key"). The results show a title and a short excerpt from the matching page; clicking one opens it. While searching, the results replace the alphabetical page overview.
- Read: Every page follows the same structure — what the feature is, how to use it, and common problems with their cause and fix. Where a page references another one (e.g. "Measurement ingestion" pointing to "MQTT connection"), it's a link straight to the matching help page.
- Ask further: If the docs don't have your answer, or your question is specific to your organization ("why isn't my webhook arriving?"), the "Ask the assistant" button takes you straight into support chat — which can look at your data, unlike the Help Center itself.
Common problems
- "I can't find a matching page." Search only covers the help docs, not your project or test data. For questions about specific records, ask the support assistant instead of searching further here.
- "This page isn't translated to English yet." If a page has no English version yet, the German version is shown automatically — a German answer beats no answer.
- "A link on this page goes nowhere." Please report it via support chat — help pages are updated with every feature change, but a link can occasionally go stale.
